Buyer FAQ

Which Incoterms do you offer?+

We mainly sell FOB Port of Abidjan. CFR or CIF terms are available on request, depending on destination.

What is the minimum order quantity?+

Shipments are made in full 20' or 40' containers (about 26–28 MT per 40' container). The minimum quantity is confirmed according to the crop season.

What are the payment terms?+

Documentary letter of credit, or advance payment with balance against documents, as agreed in the contract.

Which documents and inspections do you provide?+

Quality and weight certificate, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and bill of lading. Independent inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged on request.

What is the cashew crop calendar?+

The Ivorian cashew season generally runs from February to June, with stocks available afterwards depending on seasonal sales.

What are the stuffing and departure lead times?+

Once a lot is confirmed, stuffing is done under our supervision in Abidjan and shipment takes place on the first available vessel, usually within 1 to 2 weeks.
